Bullard & Halligan Renovation
Construction is the sound of progress. Beginning with Bullard Hall, the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) campus is getting a needed upgrade to its original education and research buildings designed and built in the 1950’s. The renovation of Bullard Hall began in 2022 and is projected to conclude in January 2025.
Halligan Hall modernization project is scheduled to be awarded to a contractor in March 2025. Halligan Hall is the next is a series of planned modernization efforts to upgrade educational and research facilities to optimize NPS as a capability for delivering cognitive readiness and innovative defense solutions. New Café and Campus Green
Ribbon-cutting day for the new Café Del Monte on the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) campus was held on May 1 with Captain Paul Dale, the Naval Support Activities Monterey base commander with dozens of students, faculty and staff on hand for the grand opening ready to break in the new campus eatery. The old temporary café was torn down and a new Campus Green outdoor open space was added for dinners and gatherings.
